Is Secession illegal; is it possible?

According to the United States Constitution, Amendment X, the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. That clearly states that the secession of states is legal and constitutionally justified.

This would all begin with the Illegal statehood of West Virginia, created during the War of Northern Aggression in the year of 1863. The western half of Virginia was forced to secede from the Confederate state of Virginia by Lincoln, using rigged elections to have his way. Southern West Virginia wanted to stay with Virginia and many were joining the Confederate army in Virginia. During the illegal creation of West Virginia, supposedly one of Union President Abraham Lincoln’s advisers told Lincoln that bringing West Virginia into the Union in such a fashion was unconstitutional. He replied, “I know, but we’re gonna do it anyway.” This clearly violated Article IV,Section III of the United States Constitution, which clearly stated: New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new States shall be formed or erected within the jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the junction of two or more States, or parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.
The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State.

Now, one way secession would work would be with going to the United States Supreme Court, demanding a petition for the illegal state of West Virginia to secede, then show proof of it being an illegal act to secede from the State of Virginia in such manner as they did in 1861, this then is when a new government in that territory can created. Then other Southern states would join as secession is a Constitutional right to secede according to The Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. We must reassert our rights as Southerners otherwise we don’t deserve those rights. Secession is our right and duty as long as the US Empire abuses us, which it has been doing for over 150 years.
